March 6, 2006
Shelby Park and Bottoms
East Nashville, Davidson Co
1 PURPLE MARTIN was seen this morning at the lake
in Shelby Park. In Shelby Bottoms, 3 TREE SWALLOWS
and 1 NORTHERN ROUGH-WINGED SWALLOW were seen.
This is a new early arrival date for ROUGH-WINGED SWALLOW
in Nashville, the old date was 14 March (Birds of Nashville,
4th Edition).
