[TN-Bird] Eastern Wood Starling?

Last evening around 6 p.m. as I was leaving work, for the second time in
recent days as I walked to my car I was startled to hear the song of an
Eastern Wood Pewee. Now I don't think there is actually an Eastern Wood
Pewee in downtown Knoxville in a concrete parking garage. I suspect a
starling is just doing a very good imitation (sounds exactly like the tapes
I've heard of the EWP). It sings the 3-syllable pee-o-wee song just once,
so I haven't been able to catch it in the act, but starlings are always
present when this happens. Has anyone else heard starlings do this?
