East Nashville, Davidson Co.

Two Tree Swallows were seen checking 
out the nest boxes in phase 1 of 
Shelby Bottoms this morning. The 
current edition of Birds of the Nashville
Area lists the earliest date for the area
as March 16, so these birds were quite
a bit early.
