I had 32 species at Cove Lake State Park, Campbell County, TN this morn.
Highlight was my first Spring arrival- BLUE-WINGED TEAL , a very pretty
male in the beaver pond behind the campground area. Also present there
were Redhead, Mallards and Gadwall. The Snow Goose is still present.
A Pine Warbler was heard singing. 5 Common Grackles were present in the
back area.
No Swallows were about today.
The Great Horned Owls were seen on Saturday night.
