[TN-Bird] Reelfoot Eagles?

I was thinking of taking my nephew and niece to Reelfoot tomorrow to see the
eagles and just learned that the tours stopped last weekend.
Any thoughts on the chances of seeing eagles tomorrow? I do have a spotting
scope and binoculars for all.
