TN-Birders:

The following is a message sent from an Arkansas birder whose
e-mail program sent what I termed a "religious" message to
TN-Birds.  It is his apology, and he explains that the document
was sent by a virus to his system.   I was incorrect in recognizing
it as a spam from an automated listserver despite the fact it was
an automated transmission from his computer.

I invite you to read on and to accept his apology in good faith.
The operating and management of this list is more complex
and difficult than it appears.  There is plenty of room for errors
and problem by everyone.

Thanks to all of you who exercised mature restraint.

I do apologies for this miss-hap. I did not send the mail.. My computer
picked up a virus/worm? from one of my relatives. First thing I knew,
this, whatever it was, picked up something for my "WORD" document
and sent it to every list (LA-bird,TX-bird,TN-bird,BIRDCHAT,etc) I'm
on.

I've been on TN-bird for about 3 years now. I never post but I do enjoy
all the wonderful information on this list.

Again, I am sorry about this. However, it was out of my control. I
WOULD NEVER intentionally force  or promote my belief or personal
information to birders or anyone else for that matter. Especially via
email.
