Dan Jacobson called me today and relayed a message from Max Medley (a
birder from Dalton, GA) that he had seen two White-winged Scoters from
the old ferry landing site in the Blythe Ferry area of Rhea County
(Dayton side of the river) about 11:00 AM on Friday, February 9.  The
birds were out toward the Hwy 60 bridge.
