Lyons Bend/Cove Island
Knox County
I got cabin fever around 2:00 today and decided to walk around the
neighborhood and see what could be seen. While out on the Pennisula/
Cove Island, I spotted a White Pelican off the tip of Cove Island near
one of the buoys. It is not really visible from Knox County without
walking out to the tip of Cove Island. You could maybe see it from
the Blount County side off of Fox Hill Rd/Als Lane.
By the way, there is no snow on the ground here in the south Knox
County.
