Congratulations on the high ranking of the TN-Birds list.  I believe  you are 
the one person who has set the standards in such as way as to make the  list 
so successful.  You deserve many kudos for doing so in a polite and  positive 
way.  Your tactful approach has encouraged cooperation in  compliance to the 
rules from your subscribers without inciting the  rancor brought on by a few 
other list owners in some of their replies to their  subscribers sometimes 
resulting in rather negative reactions back at those  list owners.
 
Thank you for your service.  It is highly appreciated.

first and last name, city (town) and state abbreviation.
You are also required to list the count in which the birds
you report were seen.  The actual date of observation should
appear in the first paragraph.
