[TN-Bird] Cades Cove Birding

Hello All,
I spent some time out in the Cove today, and stopped by a few places for
a little birding. It was beautiful sunny day out, but the strong wind made
things very chilly! Here's a list of what I saw...
Water Treatment Ponds and surrounding fields:
9 Redheads
25 Bufflehead
20 Canada Geese
9 Mallards
6 Killdeeer
4 Wilson's Snipe
1 Hairy Woodpecker
1 Belted Kingfisher
5 Song Sparrows
20 + Meadowlark
20 + Bluebird
2 Eastern Phoebe
1 tufted titmouse
1 Carolina Chickadee
Tons of Robins
Tons of Crows
Hyatt Lane/ Increase Fields:
6 Killdeer
Tons of Robins, Crows, Meadowlark, and Bluebirds
1 American Kestrel
1 Cooper's Hawk
2 Carolina Wrens
Old field, opposite of Abram's Falls trailhead:
1 Red-shouldered Hawk
1 Cooper's Hawk (flushed out of the field by a coyote)
20+ Swamp Sparrows
25+ Song Sparrows
