[TN-Bird] Chipping sparrows

I had a flock of about 20 Chipping sparrows foraging along a fence line off
Blockhouse Road in Blount County at noon today. This seems early to me but
since it's only my second year in TN it may not be news worthy sighting. For
Charlie's benefit it is #101 for the county.
The Canvasback was still in the Whittington pond today along with a pair of
Black ducks.
