FreeLists / tn-bird / [TN-Bird] Brainerd Levee

Today (2/4) from 5:30-6:45 Zack Barrow and I went to the Brainerd Levee to
try to find the Ross's Geese, but they were gone. My guess is that they
either weren't where they were earlier, because we went all the way to the
1.2 mile marker, or they went to a different roosting sight. Also seen
there were:
125+ Canada Goose (1 of which was very large and had a creamy white chin
strap that went in front of the eye.)
30-40+ Green-winged Teal
45+ Northern Shoveler
6 Northern Pintail, 5 Male, 4 female
20+ Mallards
1 Pied-billed Grebe
8 Great-blue Heron
