[TN-Bird] parking on roads

Marcia,
This is the last time I'll have this on TN-birds, since it is
directly a local issue, but it's good that you put it there as a
reminder to all.
I drive a small black Subaru, but I was not there this morning. So
there is apparently at least someone else with this (bad?) habit.
I'll make an effort to find another place to park, but I've looked
and haven't seen one yet. Thanks for letting us know that people are
unhappy with this, though I must respectfully diagree with the idea
that this is dangerous, if people obey speed limits and have a bit of
courtesy.
Thank you for bringing up this issue as a reminder to us all.
