It was not the people in the SUV who contacted me so  they are another party 
that was also bothered by the blocked lane  of the road. I think it is a bad 
idea for birders to park on and block any  road.  It is very dangerous and 
creates a hazard, especially where the car  was parked this morning.  I don't 
know 
whose car it was or that it was even  you.
