This morning one of my neighbors at Scenic Point in Louisville in Blount  
County complained to me about a birder who stopped his car in the road this  
morning, blocked one entire lane, and set up a telescope in the road to look at 
 
the birds at the Phelps Dairy Farm Pond.
 
Please do not block roads. This is a narrow road with no shoulders and  
birders should not create traffic hazards for the people who live in this  or 
any 
community. Please find a place to park off the road and walk  along the 
roadside to look at the birds. 
 
Just a reminder to practice good birding etiquette. Thank you.
