Willie is so excited we're going to have sunshine today that he began
feeding earlier - 6:21 a.m. - than usual.  He was so cute yesterday as I
saw him come and sit on his sunny day perch in the bare bush and stare
at the sky for a couple of minutes.  It was as if he connected that
perch and the sunshine and thought maybe sitting there would make the
sun appear after these many days of rain and clouds.  He'll sure enjoy
the warmth on his beautiful little body today and we'll be delighted to
be able to see him sitting in the open after being limited to feeder
visit views during this bad weather.  There seems to be a special zip to
his behavior today and his leaving the feeder to go back into his hiding
bush is like seeing skydivers leaving a plane.
