Tom McNeil and I took a side trip on leaving the TOS Winter Meeting at Dayton 
last Sunday morning, 30 JAN 2005.  At Chickamauga Dam we saw a couple of Pine 
Warblers at the picnic area across the highway from the powerhouse area.  On 
the powerhouse side we found an Orange-crowned Warbler near the pond next to 
the Great Blue heronry.  On the dam were three Herring Gulls among the 
Ring-billed Gulls.  The lake near the dam held over 20 Common Goldeneyes.  
Thank-you to Charles and Lena (spellinmg?) for showing us the female Peregrine 
and just being so nice.

Great meeting.  Great folks.  Southeast Tennessee has become one of my favorite 
places in the universe.
