The WHITE-WINGED SCOTER continues at Chickamauga Dam in Chattanooga.  It was 
seen today at 2:00 PM.  Take the powerhouse road from the east side of the dam 
and go to the parking lot under the bridge.  The scoter is being seen usually 
about 100-300 ft. out from the rocks on the lake side.
