The 4 long-tailed ducks seen last Sunday 2/2 were seen again Sa. 2/8 (1:00 pm) 
slightly north of their previous location -from the end (walk out on to the 
peninsula for closer views) of the gravel boat put-in road adjacent  to the 
unmarked paved road to the dam. (See last weeks directions) Also seen were 4 
common loon and several goldeneye. At the dam (on the river side) a single tree 
swallow was seen.
