TN-Birders,
Did I miss something here? All of a sudden an article appears in the
Tennessean stating that the swan matter is over and the pepetrator
fined! Isn't a fine of $381.50 a skinny slap on the wrist? Get this
swn killer some glasses and a bird identification book!!
