On 30 DEC 2007 the Bristol Bird Club CBC area F birders, Rack Cross, Carol 
Cross, Dr. Diane Draper, Don Holt, Todd Hare, and Mary Anna Wheat, discovered 
and identified at Clear Creek Lake, Bristol, VA, Washington County the 
following rare geese: 

Ross's Goose - 1 

Snow Geese - 3 (one blue morph) 

Shortly afterwords, other birders led by Wallace Coffey viewed the presumed 
same birds. 

Rare species reports were filed with the National Audubon Society and Virginia 
Avian Records Committee.
