Location:     TN 2 Mem,TVA PONDS
Observation date:     1/4/08

Notes:     Total raft size is down but ducks are still coming and going from
behind levees to Mckeller Lake. Blk Scoter Female still present. Greater
Scaup mixed in w/ lesser in main raft and separately on the small pond.
Riverport Rd ponds and sloughs all covered in ice from the last several days
of sub-freezing weather . Should be gone tomorrow as temps are expected to
climb.
