I am finishing up the IBA program and am in need of a
representative digital picture or two of sites in Tennessee that you
might have. They are used to enhance the look of the site and give an
impression of it. The pictures will be used on the web site and photo
credit given. The site eventually will reside on the TWRA server. They
don't have to be your best. Also, I would like a sentence or two
description of the picture.
I need pictures of:
WEST TENNESSEE
* Pace Point area, TNWR (especially the Point itself)
* Busselton Unit, TNWR
* Reelfoot Lake and environs (like Walnut Log Road, anywhere
around the lake, Island 13, etc.)
* Black Bayou
* Open county showing the open fields where longspurs, larks, etc.
* Flooded fields that wetland habitat has been temporally created.
* The Mississippi River (long shot, a sand island)
* Somewhere along Great River Road
* Lower Hatchie NWR
* Hatchie NWR
* Eagle Lake
* Lauderdale WMA
* Hop-In Refuge
* Manes Swamp Refuge
* Obion WMA
* Gooch WMA
* Ensley Bottoms and environs (like the pits, Robco, Presidents
Island, T.V.A. Lake)
* Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park/WMA
* Tigrett WMA
* White Lake
* Wolf River WMA/Ghost River SNA
* Chickasaw NWR
* Tully WMA
* Horns Bluff Refuge
* Tumbleweed WMA
MIDDLE TENNESSEE
* Cheatham Lake WMA (Cheatham Lake dam, Pardue's Pond)
* Land Between the Lakes
* Monsanto Ponds
* Radnor Lake SNA
* Old Hickory Lock 5 Refuge (Hunter's Point Bridge area)
EAST TENNESSEE
* Cherokee National Forest (north) (like general shot of the
mountains)
* Roan Mountain (like Carver's Gap, Roan Mountain State Park,
etc.)
* Unaka Mountain
* Cherokee WMA
Thanks.
