Upper Blue Basin
A Blackbellied Whistling Duck was shot today by duck hunters in a blind on the 
Upper Blue Basin of Reelfoot Lake, Tn. I took pictures of the duck and will 
share if anyone is interested.  There was also a report that another blind had 
seen 6 fly over their blind. Hopefully they made it to a refuge.  The last 
Blackbellied and Fulvous Whistling ducks I recall  were seen in the  spring 
about 3 years ago. ANy updates on state records??
