The Knoxville Chapter of the Tennessee Ornithological Society will sponsor
the following field trip:
Saturday, January 28, 2006, 8:00 A.M
Hastie Park, Knoxville, TN
Leader: Mark Campen (865-414-5593)<emailto:mcampen7@xxxxxxxxxxx
<mailto:mcampen7@xxxxxxxxxxx> > )
This trip will be to areas around Knoxville that are proposed parks. The
first area will be Hastie Park in south Knoxville. Since the parking areas
are small, carpooling after we meet will be suggested. Please call Mark at
the number above to sign up for the trip. This trip will involve easy walks
along gravel paths and some woodland walking. Meet at the large parking lot
just off Neyland Drive and Joe Johnson Drive for carpooling. Depending on
the birds we see and the time we have we may also visit Piney Grove Park off
Middlebrook Pike.
Members and non members are invited to attend.
