[TN-Bird] FREEDOM OF POST
- From: "Cliff Somers" <cliffs@xxxxxxxxx>

Seems like the Old Coot is being well supported as a member of the TN
Bird
community. I post so rarely, that I don't even know if this one will get
into the flow of emails that come our way from TN-Birds every day. I have
only time to observe backyard birds like the pair of brown headed nuthatches
that raised a clutch this summer and brought the family to the suet and
black oil sunflower seems on the deck... the Myrtle Warbler that likes the
bread I set out and the Pine Warber pair that partake of the suet. Because
of all the activities with my kids we have to live vicariously through the
field experiences of others, like the Old Coot
Sometimes I find I don't have time to read long posts and sometimes I am
less that interested in the mere lists of birds observed that are posted by
some members. Whatever your particular interests and attention spans on any
given day, use your delete button as and when needed and be thankful for the
community of interest that this listserv provides. I am sure this happens to
all lists to come extent.
In fact TN-Poodles list of which I am also a member is currently
featuring
a rather boring exchange of opinion on whether puppy cuts can be carried
into poodle adulthood or whether it is more appropriate to shave the aft
portion of the dog close and leave that big poof of hair toward the front.
Yada.. Yada... if you know what I mean.
