Okay, I am the guilty party who forgot to sign and give my location.  Just 
chalk it up to being glad I got the copy to paste from the state web site and 
to plain old forgetfulness.  
    I am hoping that the info on the use of the funds raised by the Bluebird 
tag is also at the end of this message.  I have had enough challenge just 
getting on AOL this evening.
