[TN-Bird] Knox Co Tundra Swan, Bald Eagle

Yesterday (5 Jan) at sunset I had a Tundra Swan fly right over my head while
out in my kayak on Fort Loudoun Lake, Knoxville, Knox County. I first heard
the wing beats and began looking around for the source, and the bird came
right over the Lyon's Bend peninsula across from the UT Plant Sciences Farm,
passed over my head, and headed up river. It was flying low and looked to be
searching for a place to land.
Also found a flock of turkeys roosting in trees practically hanging over the
water. This is the second year I've taken the kayak out to listen for owls
(sound travels well over the water) and heard no owls but found turkeys.
Earlier Barbara Finney, Marcia Davis, and I saw an adult Bald Eagle off the
tip of the Lyon's Bend peninsula near the mouth of Little River.
