[THIN] Suppress auto creation of certain client printers

Back in the Metaframe 1.8 days there was an .INF file you could use to
do this. In Metaframe XP you could do it in the CMC/Printer
Management. I am setting up a new PS 4.0/Windows2003R2(32 bit) farm
and I can't seem to find this functionality anymore. I want to
suppress client printers like "XPS Document Writer", "PDF Writer" and
the like, but I want to keep real client printers being mapped auto.
