Sorry the version of AMC was ver. 3.0.0.0 for citrix access suite 4.5
(from the Citrix Presentation server 4.5). Is this the correct version
to be using with WI 4.5?

Yes...AMC 4.5, Web Interface 4.5, AAC 4.5.....tried installing
individually, and downloading Citrix Presentation server 4.5 and
installing them that way. Still no luck with getting all the software
to install on one server
