My servers are load balanced.  I currently have 2 Citrix Presentation
servers.  Occasionally, one of the two servers may suffer some
performance problems.  One of the offices I support has suggested that
it would be nice if their two primary administrative secretaries be
logged into separate servers so that in the event of a problem one of
them can still function instead of them both having difficulty if they
happened to be logged into the same server.

An easy method would be to use ICA files or custom ICA connections, but
what are you trying to accomplish?

Or make the application available to the user on one particular server.

Also think about load balancing and/or session sharing when planning
this
