I've started enabling the setting in IE to delete temp internet files
when browser is closed. This eliminates the possibility of that
happening and I haven't had complaints about it. =20

Also make sure that the option to not save encrypted pages to disk is
unchecked...(you want to save encrypted pages to disk)...

Found in:  internet options...Advanced tab...scroll to bottom (it's in
the listing about 1/3 way down).
