A friend of mine who is another servicer just had the PTH5498 that had convergence amp IC failure along with open pico fuses cause by a bad convergence generator module. After repair, there is a screen jig template used for aligning the geometry and convergence. The part number for the convergence generator module is BP95-00146H. The convergence amp ICs were STK392-040, Samsung part # 1201-001225. The part number for the 3.5 amp pico fuses is 3601-001065. The part number for the screen jig alignment template is JIG-54SCREEN.
