[SI-LIST] Re: time domain simulation of s-parameter

Hi Aubrey,
What I did:
1. Produce high freq S-par using Full-wave EM tool.
2. Produce S-par at DC using Quasi-static EM tool.
3. Add this DC point manually into the high freq S-par.
4. Use Sonnet or Sigrity (passivity guaranteed) to produce broadband spice
out of the new S-par.
5. Result was very good.
I had a talk with James Rautio, the founder of Sonnet, some time ago. Sonnet
is releasing a new physical compact model generator soon.
