Hi,=0AI am not sure whether I can post this query in this forum !!!=0A=0AI =
have a board, where there are almost 70+ IC's in the board (SDRAM, Process=
or, Ethernet Phy etc..).=0AThe problem I am facing is that, the CPLD is get=
ting burnt. The Failure rate is almost 3%. The CPLD used is MAXII 1270 from=
altera (The VCCINT is 3.3V, using the device with internal regulator)=0A=
=0ADid any of you come across the similar issue??. If yes what is the solut=
ion arrived at?=0AThe problem is there in multiple of our designs. And the =
problem happens only during power cycle (not sure whether during power up o=
r power down).=0A =0AI observed the power supply fall time is of order 200u=
s (Very fast discharge) and rise time is order 1ms.=0AThe undershoot in the=
3.3V power supply is only -0.3V during power down.=0A=0AThanks in advance=
