Hello Pradeep,
 Different Test and Measurement companies like 
Tektronix,Lecroy etc have test accessories avialable for this 
purpose.
For e.g Tektronix test accessory is called SQiDD board which 
has got different sections on board for different types of 
USB measurements.
Using Active Differential probes (P6248) with SQiDD board 
will give you the capability of measuring USB differential 
waveforms.
