[SI-LIST] Hi

Dear all,
I am very curious how can we measure the ground bounce.
As I know, the ground bounce means the noise voltage between an ideal ground
and the ground we use in PCB, Package, or Chip.
Is it possible to measure or just a conceptual thing?
If somebody have ever measured the ground bounce, please let me know the
setup you have used.
Thanks in advance.
