FreeLists / si-list / [SI-LIST] Example microstrip file for FlexPDE ???

I wonder if anyone might have an example input file they could share for 
describing a microstrip (or stripline ) geometry in the FlexPDE program 
syntax?  I have found hundreds of example input files for the program 
but not a single electrostatic transmission line example. The geometry 
description syntax is arcane enough that an example would be worth a 
1000 pages of manual prose.

A couple years ago Dan Swanson contributed a tutorial (imptutor.pdf) to 
the si-list file repository that was on the old qsl.net site. I think 
that file may have had an example in it but when I downloaded the file 
from the site today it seems to be corrupted and non readable. If anyone 
has a usable copy of that file stashed away somewhere I'd like to put it 
up on the new list web site.


If anyone who knows Dan Swanson's current  e-mail address (I think he is 
at Tyco)  could e-mail off list I would appreciate it. I can't seem to 
find him listed in the current list subscriber database.
