In HyperLynx 7.2, the simulator probes at the pin.  Some IBIS models use
the Timing_Location subparameter (part of IBIS 3.x, but not used in many
models that I've seen).  v7.5 will work from this parameter if it's
included in the model.  The model can specify either "Pin" or "Die," for
example.
