I believe Panasonic has a line of high ESR caps.

You might want to check the web sites of the major cap makers. They = often
have SPICE models available, which gives the ESR and ESL parasitics as =
well as the cap value. (Some of the tool vendors, such as Cadence, have
links = to the cap makers that have models.)
