Aragan, You are looking for a UART with an LPC interface.  You will 
probably be stuck buying a PC multiperipheral chip to get it, as I am not 
aware of a standalone market for LPC I/F UARTs.

Why not use the serial port that is already in the computer?  No matter 
what you do, someone is going to have to write code to pump the messages 
through a communication interface.
