hello everyone,
Pls let me know if 1N 4148 diode can be used @ following conditions:
Surge current : 1A, Duty cycle : 5% , freq. :100KHz.
Datasheet mentions surge current only in non repetitive mode.
i.e Device confroms to surge current of 4A , time duration :1uS AND
surge current of 1A , time duration:1ms
Pls let me know if this is possible based on some mathematical
formulaes or ur experience..
