There was a discussion about 2.5D the end of last year. Unfortunately,
seems there is no clear agreement on 2.5D, especially on how it is related
to an advanced word "fractional theory". There is a paper provided by Shawn.
But do not confuse yourself while reading the paper. You can search it in
the archive.
