Hi,
Clk Speeds are 100- 150 MHz and routed in Signal Layer 1 .
And Vias are Through hole ( 1 to 10 )
Via Size/ Drill Size 20/10,and 18/8 ( DSP Escape )
All Clk Lengths are About 4"
And Data bus and Address Bus are Routed in Signal layer 2 and 3 Respectively
Please Let me What are all the Other Inputs looking for

generally, the layers should be symmetrical. The details of the layout
depend on the

In 10 Layer Board stack How Multiple Ground Plane Will be More effective and
Why.
Is there any Formula/Thumb rule behind this.
most of my Critical Signal ( CLK) are Running at Signal Layer 1
and My Board Stack up is
Top
GND
Signal Layer 1
VCC3.3
GND
VCC2.5
Signal Layer 2
Signal Layer 3
GND
Bottom
