[SI-LIST] Re: Undershoot, Overshoot

Wasn't there an IEEE standard that was retracted or being updated, due to
this type of debate? (ANSI/IEEE 194-1977?) I've run into this question
several times when trying to document test methods, and to determine what is
being reported by "automated" pulse-parameter measurement routines.

There are actual IEEE standard definitions of Overshoot and Undershoot.
