The pdf version of the slide presention at the site is really timely after
the BC discussions.

webpage.
Go to http://www.ieee.org/rmcemc and
download from the front page.
Note: The data in the NCMS project file is only the "interesting portion"
The
whole file was >50Mbytes!!
