Hello, Zhangkun,

As Arpad mentioned, the best place to start is with the latest version if
ibischk (currently ibischk4.1.1).  This is also how the Model Review
Committee begins a review.

One can also use the IBIS Quality Checklist,
http://www.vhdl.org/pub/ibis/quality_wip/.  Models can also be submitted by
the model maker to the IBIS Model Review Committee,
http://www.eigroup.org/ibis/support.htm.
