Hi all,
I'm doing SSO simulation of i/o pad + pin with Tr. Lines configuration. 
I feel there are 5 cases in the simulation,

What I want is, how can we select corners for each case, which gives worst case 
values.
For example, I thought, if L>C then its underdamped, so ringing is more, but 
how to see
(which corner gives) the max overshoot/undershoot in the ringing. 

My interests from the findings are
1.Ringing in Supply (VDD overshoot, VSS Undershoot)
2.Noise margin (VDD Undershoot, VSS Overshoot)
3.delay
