[SI-LIST] Jitter Analysis Using Spice.

All,
I am currently doing DDR buffer ( the nth time you may have heard it), but i
do not want to create an eye diagram and measure jitter. I want an algorithm
to measure jitter of a paritcular signal A wrt signal B . Can somebody
suggest me an algorithm , to do the same. The problem is bit complicated by
the fact that as spice run times are huge, i do not have more than 30-40
transitions but i would like to extrapolate this over a some probabilistic
distribution (to emulate noise variations) to give me a result which may be
considered to be close to silicon .
Thanks,
Sanchayan
Assumption: The data input is fairly random . I have software which can read
punch files and do any kind of data retrieval etc.
