Nitin,

 You don't provide much information about your configuration and the
specific termination
style will be really based upon what your system looks like. I would go to
the Micron
website. They have many good articles and guidelines for DDR design.

termination strategies followed in the industry for them.
It will be interfaced to an FPGA.
